Ward 4 - Ross Earnshaw
To address your question, I believe my experience, commitment, and proven record of service have prepared me to continue providing thoughtful and practical leadership for Ward 4. I also urge you (and anyone to whom you may choose to forward this response) to consider and compare my qualifications and experience with those of my two competitors in Ward 4 in order to make an informed decision at the ballot box.

Thank you for the questions.
To us as individuals, 2M$ is a lot of money, but within a municipality it disappears quite quickly. Funding grants are only allowed to be used for what the grant specifies. Bequeathed funds are the same. You say no strings attached so that would be a different story. Personally I would want the funds to continue into perpetuity so they would have to be invested and the interest used to benefit the community. We do have a fund currently that the city holds until the entity is able to get their project off the ground. Many groups could benefit from an annual amount of 10,000$. I would use them for groups that benefit children upstream and older adults.
2015-2026 is a 9 year period.
if I had to choose one thing I would say my advocacy with the province and federal governments regarding addiction and mental health. You will find a link below.
